Shipping & delivery (via Amazon)

Because Amazon fulfills every AMOOWIS order, processing time, shipping fees, and any free-shipping threshold are set by Amazon and shown right at checkout for your address and Prime status. Delivery timing depends on the option you choose — Standard or Prime — and Amazon shows the estimated arrival on your order.

Damaged in transit?

If a panel arrives bent, a box is crushed, or parts are missing, start a replacement or return right from your Amazon order — Amazon handles the logistics. Anything beyond Amazon's return window? Email Amoowis-services@outlook.com and we'll apply the same warranty. Transit damage is separate from our warranty.
