What the 1-year warranty covers

Every AMOOWIS system carries a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal residential use. Covered:

  • Panels & boards: rust, cracks, finish wear, warping, or structural failure.
  • Brackets, mounts & hardware: broken or failed components.
  • Accessories: any part that fails due to a material or workmanship defect.

If something fails, we send you the exact part that failed — not a whole new kit. That's the system brand promise: replace the part, not the whole wall.

Lifetime hook replacement

Our patented Anti-Drop hooks are the heart of the system, so they're covered for life. A hook won't stay put? We replace it free — forever. "Lifetime" applies to hooks only.

How to file a claim

    A real person reviews your claim and replies within 2 business days.

  • We ship the part

    We send the replacement part (or hook) free — not the whole kit — and you're back on the wall.

Limitations of liability

This is a limited warranty. Our responsibility is to repair, replace, or refund the affected part at our discretion. Total liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. The warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages. It is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so these limits may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
